OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: DORITOS® Crash The Super Bowl Vote & Win Game (the “Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older and located in the U.S. and D.C. at the time of entry and have access to the internet as of January 5, 2009. The following are not eligible: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), PureVideo Networks, Inc, and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and Game agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Game (collectively, “Game Parties”),the NFL Entities (as defined below) and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Game). The contestants whose commercials appear on the Website (as defined in Rule #3), may participate in this Game, but must comply with these Official Rules.

2. VOTING PERIOD: The Voting (“Voting Period”) begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on 1/5/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 1/25/09. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Game. A “Day” is defined as the 24 hours between 12:00:01 am CT and 11:59:59 pm CT throughout the Voting Period.

3. TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the Game, log on to www.crashthesuperbowl.com (“Website”) during the Voting Period. The first time you visit the Website, you will be required to register. Once registered, view the five (5) Finalist videos in the DORITOS® Crash the Super Bowl Contest. When you have viewed all of the Finalist videos, follow the instructions on how to vote for your favorite video (a “Vote”). By submitting a Vote, you warrant and represent that you agree to these Official Rules. Entrants may not vote with multiple email accounts. Winners will be determined by a random day/time based seeding process, conducted by a third-party judging organization who is independent from Sponsor, and whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Game. Each Day, one (1) winner will be determined based on the seeding process and notified by telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting their vote. See Rule #5 for Prize details. Votes must be submitted and received to the Website during the Voting Period. Limit one (1) vote per person/registered user/email address per Day. A “Day” is defined as the 24 hours between 12:00:01 pm CT and 11:59:59 pm CT throughout the Voting Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be contacted by telephone and will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to the call to either accept or decline the Prize before Prize is forfeited. Winners will be confirmed and verified by mail or phone. Any unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. A physical street address must be provided for delivery of documents. Winners (and winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification. If documents are not returned within the stated time period, or if any Prize notification or Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. Limit one (1) Prize per person/registered user/email address.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS: Prizes (21 total; 1 per day): Winner will receive two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa Bay, Florida or Winner may elect to receive instead the sum of $1,500 cash (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner) in lieu of the tickets. Winner must notify sponsor of his/her Prize election within forty-eight (48) hours following notification. In the absence of timely Prize election, winner will receive the cash alternative. If Winner elects tickets, such tickets will be available for pick-up in Tampa, Florida on 1/31/09. Winner will be provided with the location and exact time tickets will be available. Winner must present a valid picture ID to pick up tickets. If tickets have not been picked up by 5:00 pm ET on 1/31/09, tickets will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $1,500.00 each. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Votes received each Day. Total ARV of all prizes is $31,500.00. Seating assignments are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Tickets do not include Travel or Hotel accommodations. By accepting Tickets, Winner agrees to all terms and conditions stated on the tickets. All travel, airfare, hotel, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are Winner’s responsibility. Prize cannot be assigned or transferred except by Sponsor who may, at its sole discretion, substitute Prize with one of comparable value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Taxes, if any, on Prize are solely responsibility of the Winner.

6. DISCLAIMER: Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected Votes or prize notification emails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of vote or other information or the failure to capture any such information. If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule #5, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all prize claims received. If a drawing is required, it will be conducted by Young America Corporation, a third party judging organization who is independent from Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final. In no event will the Game Entities be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rule #5. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Game, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Game, the judges reserve the right to disqualify suspect entries and/or modify or terminate the Game in a manner deemed reasonable by the judges, at the judges’ sole discretion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors) agree that neither Sponsor, Game Parties, nor the NFL Entities (defined below) will have any liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in this Game or in any Game-related activity, including voting. By acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, winner (and his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if winner is a minor) grant (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing, upon request) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice, image, likeness and biographical information and statements for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now know or hereafter discovered, universally, and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Game or the Website, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Game be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper submission of Votes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Game, and select the winners from Votes received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this Website. Votes will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the email account used for voting. It is the sole responsibility of entrant to notify Sponsor in writing if entrant changes his/her email address during the Game Period. This Game is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, with venue in Collin County, Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Collin County, Texas.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the Winners List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to be received by February 27, 2009, to: DORITOS® Crash the Super Bowl Vote & Win Winners List, PO Box 750010, El Paso, TX 88575-0010.

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC and NFL International LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded.
